I have the samyang 8mm, works well. There's a couple things you need to think about first though.
What camera body are you shooting on? A crop sensor (APS C etc) with the samyang will fill the frame.
If you get a full circle you will have less resolution, which will result in smaller panoramas (as only the circle of the sensor will be useable).
With my samyang (cropped image)on a Nikon D7000 (16mp) my max panorama (from 4 portrait around, one up for the zenith) I get a max res of 11,000 pixels horizontally.
With a full circle sigma, you will be able to get away with less shots, but less shots = less resolution.
