sIBL Loader for Modo v 1.00

I released version 1.00 of the sIBL loader for Modo today. This version is currently Windows only I'm afraid. There are problems with the Python Engine and the Python GUI library that the browser uses that make it highly crash prone in OSX. I'm investigating building something much more basic using Modo's native GUI components for Mac users until this issue gets resolved.
